TWL was exactly what my group of 10 needed. The facilities were remarkably clean, and the staff were so friendly and attentive. The lodge is in a perfect location on the lake and the downtown Ely is only 20 minutes away for all other needs. Can't wait to go back. Spencer S
This was our first visit to Timber Wolf Lodge. We've been visiting Ely for the past 22 years but always stayed at a different resort. We wanted a change of scenery and this place is where our good friends from Ely recommended. The staff was outstanding. Anything we needed or wanted they would deliver immediately. Bear Island Lake is beautiful. Collegemom
Working in Minneapolis, it was completely idyllic to get away from the rush of city life and find such a peaceful escape! But Timberwolf Lodge is anything but boring; from hiking at Kawishiwi Falls, exploring the grounds, or heading into downtown Ely, there is never a disappointing moment. Laura L
