Inside you are welcomed by hardwood floors and a vaulted ceiling. A wood-burning fieldstone fireplace keeps the socks dry and the cabin cozy in spring through fall. The well-stocked kitchen has a stove/oven, microwave, coffee brewer, refrigerator/freezer, small electrical appliances, fully-equipped with dinnerware and cookware. This cabin for couples or small groups is the ideal base camp for everything Ely and BWCAW. It’s a quiet and peaceful spot to unwind after a day of fishing, hiking or canoeing - located between the Bear Island River and Kawishiwi inlets on White Iron Lake. White Iron Lake is 3429 acres and is part of a chain including Farm, South Farm, and Garden Lakes which also has direct access to the BWCAW.
