Our charming Northwoods cabin with lakeside gazebo is calling. Family room with gas fireplace opens to the dining area and kitchen - all have great views of White Iron Lake’s southwest shore. The hand-made log furniture throughout the cabin gives it a great “Northwood’s” flavor. See why so many families return to our Loon’s Nest cabin year after year! The grass yard, beautiful lakefront and sun-soaked dock are just outside.
Stocked kitchen: The camp cook will love the stove/oven, microwave, coffee brewer, refrigerator/freezer, small electrical appliances, dinnerware and cookware. Dishwashing soap, garbage bags, kitchen towels and pot holders are provided.
Sleeping arrangement: One bedroom with queen bed, one with full bed. 1 futon in living room, plus futon in front room. 1 Bathroom: 1/2 bath with toilet and sink; second room with shower only.
Located between the Bear Island River and Kawishiwi inlets with access to the Farm, South Farm and Garden Lakes chain - which means direct access to the BWCAW (Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness)! Great fishing on all lakes - The chain is a local’s favorite with nice populations of walleye, northern pike, bass, crappie, and panfish. No motor restrictions either.
Relax inside and along the shoreline: Gas fireplace in living room inside; Lakeside deck and private dock (E-Z roll lift) outside. Bring your boat or use our free Canoe and 16’ fishing boat.
