Hill Top is set back between the trees on a private lot a Cabin O’ Pines Resort with a sunny, grass-covered patch of lawn and a packed-dirt parking space. This traditional camp-style cabin features wood-slat construction, a quaint green roof and door, and a small front porch.
Guests to Hill Top will love it’s remote location, removed slightly from the busier areas of the resort. You’ll also love the full modern kitchen and bath, the two private bedrooms, the easily accessible Wi-Fi, TV and DVD player, and the front porch swing.
The front door of this quiet, pet-friendly cabin for four in northern Minnesota opens into a corner kitchen equipped with an oven, stove top, freezer, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. A round table at the center of the room seats four, with window on two sides.
Sleeping arrangements: The two bedrooms are located off the small sitting room with a full bath between them. Each bedroom is furnished with a full-sized bed.
Hill Top has a peaceful, private spot within easy walking distance to the lake, fire pits and outdoor charcoal grills. It also has access to resort amenities, including a private dock, boat and canoe rentals, play structures, a sand beach and a small convenience store.

Cabins are clean and comfortable. Campsites are easily accessible. The staff is welcoming and helpful. There are plenty of amenities and activities at the resort and things to do in the area if you decide not to fish. Why would anyone not want to fish? The fishing is really good. In other words, my son and I fish all day everyday while my wife and daughter enjoy some fishing, some relaxing and some of the area activities. Highly recommended. My only complaint is the 358 days until we return seem more like a thousand and the week we are there goes too fast. — Jim
This is a awesome place to come!!! We will be back next year. Great place to unplug and relax. The fishing was great. We have 4 kids ages 19, 16, 10 and 9 and they all had a blast. They especially love that you can fish from the dock and catch lots of panfish. Our older children love that you can use paddle boats, kayaks, and the paddle boards for free. The owners were great and helped with anything we needed. Bathrooms were the cleanest I have seen in any resort. — Stephanie
Our 1st time camping at this resort, definitely not our last!!! Plenty to do especially for kids, restrooms, showers, fish house etc. very clean. The large dock is great place to fish, plenty of lounge chairs to lay by the lake & read a book. The owners & other staff are extremely friendly & helpful. I'd highly recommend bringing your friends & family here. Special thanks to Ross. — Amy
Amazing fishing. Beautiful cabins Super clean. Amazing customer service. The family that runs it is super helpful, knowledgeable, and could easily accommodate our party. They have campsites, trailer hookups, a beautiful dock, and the best cabin experience that i have ever had. This is a family vacation to unplug, unwind and be one with nature. I cannot recommend it any higher. We will be coming back. — Carl
Just spent the weekend there last week. This is a true northern mn resort. Rustic cabins, wooded property, camp sites, fish house, docks, sauna, and all the peace and quiet you want. Pricing is very fair and the family owned resort offers excellent service with a warm genuine smile. Great for families. — Mike
Great amenities on a beautiful lake! Highly recommended. They offer paddleboards, paddles boats, kayaks, boat rentals, a playground, fire pits and much more. Great getaway! — Whitney
We just returned from the resort. This resort is an excellent place to spend some time to strengthen family bonds, enjoy great fishing and just slow down a little. The facilities are comfortable, clean and the resort is well run. Service and support are excellent. Fishing tips from resort personnel are unmatched and produced a great catch for dinners. Our family was so impressed with Cabin O Pines that we reserved 2 cabins and one campsite for the same time next year. — Rudi
