You'll love the amenities available at our rental home. You're never too far from the comfort of home with useful equipment such as cable TV, WiFi, and a fully stocked kitchen. Gather the gang in the living room to watch a funny movie or around the dining room table for a game of cards.
When it comes time to rest your head, you'll be happy no matter which bedroom you choose. There are three bedrooms with queen beds and two equipped with king and queen beds. They all have super cozy bedding and fun decor. One bedroom features vintage wallpaper for an oldies vibe, while another has a beautiful view of the lake. No matter where you choose to sleep, you won't be disappointed. Everyone wins on this vacation!
When visiting our cabin, you'll be amazed by the stunning views of the lake. Make sure to take advantage of the porch to enjoy everything the Minnesota countryside has to offer! You could enjoy the sunrise with a nice cup of coffee, or maybe slip out at night to gaze into the Milky Way. Don't forget about the fire pit! Roasting marshmallows is always better when on vacation.
Staying in Rush City, Minnesota is an awful lot of fun! Located less than three miles from our rental is the beautiful Bulrush Golf Course, where you can putt a few rounds. After you've worked up an appetite on the green, you can grab a bite to eat at a restaurant on the lake, such as Flickabirds or The Grumpy Minnow. If you want to enjoy the great outdoors, but golf isn't your thing, there's plenty of other ways to get active in Otter Tail Lakes County. Have a picnic at Turtle Race Park or Halverson Park, but make sure to stock up on Groceries at Lakeland General Store first! Of course, when staying on the lake, fishing is always an option as well.
If shopping is more your speed, Otter Tail Lakes County has plenty of options for you! Periwinkle Marketplace is a perfect place to pick up a memento from your lake vacation. Rusty Anchor Trading Company is another great option for souvenirs and vintage items. When you're done shopping, the kids will enjoy hanging out at Goose Gang, which has games and treats galore! Another wonderful hang out for the kids is Otter Cove Children's Museum, where they can make wonderful memories that will last a lifetime. No matter where you go in the area, you're sure to have a blast!

The owners are explicit on the property details online, parking is ample, kids pan fishing was excellent, the pontoon was very comfortable, the refrigerators were good for 6 adults and 4 kids, the lakeside lawn and beach were perfect for able kids and adult access. Great sunsets and west breeze off lake, lots of early AM fish activity around the dock, quiet at night, plenty of seating outside, grill, oven and stove tops work great.
