Guests may rent Pontoons, Fishing Boats, Kayaks, Stand Up Paddle Boards & Canoes from Jack The Horse Resort (Availability is Limited, Please Reserve Early). Guest may also bring their own boats which must be inspected at JTH Resort prior to launch - boat launch is private property, not a public launch. All other JTH Resort amenities are NOT included with this rental. Water skiing, jet skiing, tubing, ATV/OHV, etc. are NOT permitted for Peaceful Point guests. Snowmobiles are allowed - please contact us in advance to ensure parking area is a suitable size.

We've stayed here twice, once in the winter and once in the summer and loved it both times! In the winter we enjoyed the wood fireplace and in the summer enjoyed spending time out on the lake and at the small beach. It's very private and makes you feel like you're the only one on the lake. What a beautiful cabin and location. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Peaceful Point cabin. The kids had a great time exploring and the adults had a great time relaxing and fishing. We highly recommend this for anyone who wants to get away from the fast life and wants to stop and smell the roses. A very private and serene location. The water was so clear and the kids loved swimming in the bay. We loved it so much that we plan to come back next year. The cabin was fully equipped with everything needed. I was part of 3 couples that rented the cabin over NYE and we had a GREAT time! There would have easily been room to accommodate 2 more couples. The kitchen is stocked with equipment for all cooking/baking needs and there's a great little restaurant just down the road in case you'd rather not work on vacation. There is plenty of room for dining and board games. The living room has an incredible view and the fireplace adds the perfect touch for a wintery getaway. We enjoyed snowshoeing around the woods/lake and found some great trails in a nearby state park. We look forward to our next booking! (Anonymous)
Thank you to the owners for Peaceful Point for letting us stay in your beautiful home. The home is in a remote location off a dirt road, which we loved, because it was very private and quiet. The home itself is huge and has detailed woodwork and a great layout plan. Some could be in the basement watching TV, some could be on the main level playing cards looking out at the lake, and some could be upstairs taking a Jacuzzi.
