Cabin 5 is part of our 7 cabin Kokomo Resort on beautiful North Star Lake - plenty of privacy because we have spaced the cabins among towering pines.This cabin is very close to Lake and beach which is convenient for swimming and water sports - Nice sandy with water trampoline, swim raft, log swing and campfire area. Plan on boating and fishing too. The canoe, paddleboat and kayaks are free for all guests. Free dock space if you bring your own boat. Just let us know if you just want to rent a motor, a boat/motor combination, a pontoon, or additional dock space, we’ll have it ready. No hassle cement-ramp boat landing.
Inside is full of surprises: Large living room with patio door leading to a large deck. knotty pine interior, vaulted ceilings, fully equipped kitchen, carpet and ceramic tile flooring. Cabin 5 is exceptionally clean and well maintained and includes outdoor furniture and picnic table. Large picture windows keep you focused on why you are here: to BE outside!

At the resort, you and your family or friends will certainly enjoy the time spent together gathered around the firepit (firepit memories are an important part of ‘cabin time’) that’s why we provide individual fire pits at each cabin. Kids can enjoy the playground while the adults can challenge each other to horseshoes and volleyball. Nearby rollerblading trail and tennis courts. If an extreme solitude lake experience is what you need, ask us about several carry-in rustic lakes - the perfect nature escape.

Please respect these times so that we can properly clean all the cabins. Balance of rental payment as well as any deposit for watercraft is due upon check-in. There will be no refunds for early departures.
Beginning at 5 p.m. on Fridays we are in the office to settle any incidental charges and to help you make reservations for the following year. Guests are financially responsible for any damage, loss or excessive cleaning resulting from their stay.
Sorry, no Jet Skis, Fireworks, RV’s or Camping Allowed.
