The most interesting activity we found was the Longville Turtle Races. Race times are 1 pm to 3:30 pm; The track is busy every Wednesday until August 20. The lakes are your beautiful and unspoiled, quiet and uncrowded resort playground: Water skiing, jet skiing, cruising, sightseeing, and photograpy. Winter time fun calls for ice fishing, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, even ice golf.

Bring the family and the sleds. From your cabin door, you can explore 400 miles of scenic back country - interconnected, perfectly groomed snowmobile trails. End the day back at your private MN cottage rental enjoying the warm fireplace. Fish still bite in the winter too. In fact, locals prefer winter fishing over summer.
