This four-bedroom cabin rental is open year-round and is newly remodeled with upscale amenities for large group vacation getaways. In addition to two full baths, Eagle Trail Cabin is equipped with two full-size refrigerators, laundry facilities, a dishwasher and air conditioning.
This cabin’s extensive yard is furnished for year-round outdoor activities, with a spacious sun porch with a spectacular view of the lake, large deck with furnishing, Weber gas grill, lounge chair, picnic table, outdoor fire pit and plenty of parking. Plus a lower-level rec room with a second TV and lounge area.
Sleeping arrangements: Eagle Trail Cabin has four private bedrooms furnished with two king-size beds, one queen-size bed, two double-size beds and a fold out couch. There are also plenty of long couches to stretch out on.
Unique Features
Eagle Trail Cabin is situated directly at the edge of Round Lake in central Minnesota. This small, natural body of water is great for fishing, swimming, and picnicking on the pontoon between the water and the sun. Our guests can enjoy the fresh air and the lake breeze and views from our beautiful sun deck and outdoor fire pit area, or while grilling and playing yard games.
Eagle Trail Cabin is a half mile from Camp Holiday where are able to enjoy access to tons of great shared amenities at the Camp Holiday Resort. Guests can use the sauna, game courts, playground, sand beach, water slide and rafts, as well as the fish cleaning house and a complimentary freezer service. You will also have easy access to resort boat and equipment rentals, including fishing boats, motors, pontoons, paddle boats, kayaks, canoes and hydro-bikes. There is also a convenience store with live bait and tackle and a boat ramp.
Things To Do
Enjoy the sandbar with family and friends, sun bath on the dock, or fish one of the species of fish:walleye, large mouth bass, pike northern, crappie, perch and sunfish. When you’re not on the water, you can venture out into the surrounding countryside for mountain biking, trail biking, golf, hiking, shopping from antiques to knick knacks to clothing, movies theaters, Grand casino Mille Lacs, concerts and unique local restaurants. All within 5 to 40 minute drive.

Eagle Trail Cabin has a 3 to 7 night minimum from Labor Day to Memorial Weekend. Sunday is the main switch over day.
Two night minimum in the off season.
South Bay Pontoon: Holds up to 11 people. $225 a day or $1200 for six full days, plus gas.
Quiet hours 11 pm to 10 am. Soft radios during day.

Great lake house for a family vacation. This lake house was better than advertised. Nice secluded property with huge yard and everything that was advertised was provided. We have been to many lake house VRBO, and this was definitely the best yet. We did a little of everything. From boating and fishing on Round lake to hitting the mountain bike trails in Crosby. Awesome experience! We just loved staying here. The house was amazing and better than advertised. We enjoyed use of the boat and the fishing was excellent. Camp Holiday has been in the Erickson family for since 1970, and is family-owned and operated. Paul and Therese purchased the resort from Ann and Harvey Erickson, Therese’s parents, in February 2003.
Paul and Therese keep busy in the office/store making change for crumpled up wet dollar bills, renting one of the many recreational watercrafts available here in the resort or at the local lumber yard, and planning the next renovation project.
Three generations and thousands of vacationers that have passed through these grounds. It’s common knowledge in these parts that the Ericksons have worked with their hearts and hands to make these grounds into every family’s "Home away from Home.”
