In 2022 a brand new 2br, 1 bath cabin, named Osprey, with covered patio just yards off the beach was built to replace an old 2br cabin. In addition to now being open year round, its amenities include satellite TV and DVD player, electric fireplace, A/C, and a dishwasher. There is one queen bed in each bedroom, and 1 full inner spring futon in the living room to allow for up to 6 people on beds. Rate is based on four.

The Campfire Bay Resort is a great Minnesota resort or those looking to enjoy the great outdoors. Take a short walk from the vacation cabin to Fish Trap Lake. There’s an extensive dock system available for vacationers and their boats. Other boat rentals are available through the resort. You DO have access to canoes, kayaks, row boats, hydro bikes, and paddleboats FOR FREE. This is a true vacation experience.
Things To Do
Head to the lakeshore and enjoy the swimming beach. Take a boat on the water for an afternoon and enjoy water recreation. Great fishing on the lake and from the resort’s shoreline. A variety of recreational activities at the resort and in the area include: swimming, boating, fishing, hiking, biking, golfing, go-karting, horseback riding, and more. If you want some structured activities, the resort has fun organized activities daily for all ages from woodworking to jewelry making. There’s something for everyone at the resort.
