Snow Inukshuk. The Inukshuk is a navigation cairn used by the Inuit usually made of stones. This snow Inukshuk was erected outside Cottage #3 to welcome the New Year to Lake Superior.

Ore Freighter on a Rough Lake. Look through the branches near the horizon and you will see an ore freighter as it passes by Cottage #3. They are a common sight in the fall and early winter.
