Cabin 3 comes with some resort bells-n-whistles too: Wireless Internet, fish cleaning facility, Sauna, over 2,500 feet of peaceful shoreline! We are a fishing and family-oriented resort in Ely, MN. Cabin 3 has a large sun deck with picnic table, lawn chairs, charcoal grill, and a view of the lake you’ll never forget. Do you prefer cooking for yourself and your family versus going out? Bring lots of food and take full advantage of the kitchen’s cookware, bakeware, utensils, coffee maker and microwave.
Sleeping arrangement: Queen bed in downstairs bedroom. First upstairs bedroom, one full & one twin bed. Second upstairs bedroom, one full bed. Full bathroom.
Our Deer Ridge Resort has 9 modern clean spacious and comfortable log cabins! That means all of our guests can use the resort nature trails, playground, swim area, horseshoe court, frisbee golf, canoes (resort canoes free for use on Garden Lake), kayaks, and paddle boats - cabin time at the Deer Ridge Resort means lake adventures and meeting new friends.
Our MN resort cabins vary in amenities but they all share “luxury”. Bring your own boat and safely dock it, or rent one of our boats and motors.
One of the most unique features is that our Garden Lake cabins are walking distance of the majestic Kawishiwi Waterfalls!
Since Garden Lake is one of four lakes on the White Iron Chain of Lakes, you have water access to all four. Three lakes have no motor restrictions and South Farm is in the motorized portion of the Boundary Water Canoe Area (one of America’s last pure outdoor experiences).
