The Lake Sullivan Cabin offers 145 feet of premium lakeshore on a clean, clear lake, making it the ideal location for swimming, fishing, and boating. Take advantage of the large private dock and swimming area to soak up the sun and relax by the water. The property provides immediate access to two of Minnesota's premier recreational and fishing lakes, Lake Sullivan and Platte Lake. Guests can also rent two kayaks and two tubes to explore the lake and take in the surrounding beauty.
Inside the cabin, guests will find modern amenities and stylish furnishings. The main floor features a full bathroom, a new center island, new cabinets, new countertops, and a new kitchen window sink faucet dishwasher. Guests can also enjoy a 65" TV in the living area. The cabin sleeps eight people comfortably, with two king-sized beds, one queen-sized bed, and a queen-size futon in the loft area. JML Property Management has operated over 30 rental properties in the Minneapolis Metro area starting in 1993, single family and duplex rentals. In 2002 we branched out to vacation rentals, building a beautiful cabin on Platte lake, then the Lake Sullivan property. We are anxiously awaiting the construction in 2024 of our Cape Coral Florida waterfront home!
