Cabin 3 is Lakeview. The cozy knotty pine interior gives the up-north feel. Let the fun begin! Fish Trap Lake has 1,300 plus acres of lake to provide enjoyment for all water activities.
Drink in the beauty of Fish Trap Lake. Relax underneath the glowing sun as you enjoy the sights and sounds of the lake-shore and beautiful wooded surroundings.
Weekly rates: Saturday to Saturday during summer (peak) season of Mid-June to Mid-August. We do provide a "split-week" stay of either 3 nights or 4 nights stay during the peak season where you arrive on a Saturday or depart on a Saturday. An example: Arrive Sat. -- depart Tues for 3 nights or arrive Tue.-- depart Sat. for 4 nights.
Daily rates: 3-night minimum peak season and 2-night minimum the rest of the year.
We provide one dock space for each cabin at no charge. We have small 14 ft fishing boats and 20 ft pontoons available for rent. Fish Trap's 1,250 acres of water provides enjoyment for all water activities. Build a sand castle on the swimming beach. Love to fish? You'll find walleye, large and small mouth bass, northern pike, crappie, perch and panfish in the clear waters of scenic Fish Trap Lake.

Unique Features
Healing Gardens. Ask about our spring "Green-thumbers Paradise" weekend. Must-see 20 x 50 hosta garden, lakeside garden lakeview rock garden, heart garden -- gardens that greet our guests. Washer and dryer available at the resort office. We provide all the fire wood you need for the fire ring. Wi-Fi in the cabins. No TV. Sand swimming beach. Build sand castles and family memories here.
Things To Do
Fishing, skiing, canoeing on extremely picturesque Fish Trap Lake. With 13.7 miles of shoreline and a median depth of 23 feet, there is plenty of room for "one more cast". Walleye, large mouth bass, northern pike, crappie, perch and panfish can be be found in these clear waters. We offer organized activities each morning Sunday - Friday for kids ages 4-99. Making sun catchers, pencil holders,
neck warmers, sun visors. Our resort has four 2-bedroom units and two 3-bedroom units.

April of 2001, Chuck and Cindy Brey purchased a small resort on Fish Trap Lake in central Minnesota and named it SweetWater.
