We’re Brita and Matt, the hosts behind Manitou Vacations, and we invite you to experience two Minnesota places we love: Duluth and Gull Lake. Since welcoming our first guests in Duluth in 2022, we’ve made personal service central to how we host. For us, a memorable vacation starts with a home that gives you something to look forward to—and hosts you can talk to directly.
Our two homes offer very different ways to enjoy Minnesota’s waters. At Eagleview Cabin on Gull Lake, a hillside tram takes you from your bluff-top retreat to a private dock, with kayaks and a paddleboard ready for exploring. Back at the house, enjoy lake views from the hot tub or gather around the fire pit. Prefer Lake Superior and a walkable Duluth neighborhood? Our Rose Garden Getaway pairs a renovated historic home with water views, the Rose Garden across the street, and easy access to the Lakewalk.
We want your experience to feel personal from your first question to your final morning.
