Rate includes up to 6 guest in the 6 Main House.
Check-in time is 5 PM and check-out time is 10 AM firm so that we can clean the cabin for the next guests. Rental agreement and liability forms are signed 24 after the confirmed reservation.
No more than 2 dogs on leashes at all times on the property. No cats allowed. Minimum age to rent is 28.
100% refund of the amount paid if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in. 50% refund of the amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in. No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.check in Friday. Seven nights

We love family and family time. We hope you can make great family memories at the Main House or Guest House (or both) Kayaks, Lily Pad, and Garages are available from May 15 -to September 20th. Our rentals are just a few miles from the Paul Bunyan Trail and the firepit is ready for s' mores!
Note: I rent both houses at the same time during summer, or just the Main House during fall and winter. I do not rent the guest house alone. We will require a driver's license and rental and liability forms before you can check in.
