Here’s a Straight Lake cabin with a real Park Rapids, MI “Up-North” feel that’s available year round. Imagine a fireplace and hand made quilts to keep you warm on those crisp evenings and air-conditioning to keep you cool on hot summer days. Log beams span throughout the cabin! Log furniture and an old fashioned log porch adds the perfect Up-North touch. Now step outside and listen to the loons calling from the morning mist, or hop on your snowmobile and ride 400 miles of trails!
Use the furnished kitchen or show off your grilling skills on the deck. Kitchen has ceramic top stove/oven, dishwasher and compactor. Inside, the lower level living area is perfect for the kids - futon and recliners.
Sleeping arrangements: 3 Queen beds (pillow top mattresses), 1 XL twin, Futons on both levels. “Whirlpool for two” in the master bath.
Unique Features
This is Straight Lake in Osage, MN so you know the fishing is going to ge great. In fact, you can fish from your private dock in front of the cabin! If catching trout is high on your list, the Straight River that runs out of the south side of Straight Lake - a cold water fishery, holding many wild Brown Trout! Shore lunch will likely include panfish, perch, walleye and bass which are abundant. The lake has a unique long no wake zone between the two bigger parts of the lake so it’s quite peaceful.
Feel free to bring your boat and dock it right in front of your cabin for the week, or launch on over 400 area lakes.

The vacation experience at Breezy Point Resort is pretty much the opposite of “roughing it”. Our Park Rapids Resort has 11 cabins for rent, each can be your home away from home! Even during winter, our resort stays busy with wintertime activity: Ice fishing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, skijoring, dog sledding. From the resort you can snowmobile to Itasca State Park, the Paul Bunyan State Forest, Two Inlets State Forest, Smokey Hills State Forest
You can bike or hike through the jack pine Northwoods, step across the headwaters of the Mississippi River. Our guests usually find time to experience Itasca State Park and stroll the unique shops on Main in Park Rapids, MN. Cabin time can even include a round of golf at an area golf course.

Cabin 9 offers a nightly rate of $358.00 during the spring, fall and winter.
Weekly rates vary based on time of year:
May 1 - May 26 = $1595.00/week
May 26 - June 9 = $1955.00/week
June 9 - June 16 = $2390.00/week
June 16 - Aug. 18 = $3355.00/week
Aug. 18 - Aug. 25 = $2915.00/week
Aug. 25 - May 1 = $1645.00/week
A deposit of 50 percent of the rental price is required to reserve the cabin.
Rates are based on a capacity of 11 overnight guests. Additional guests will incur a fee of $85.00/week or $22.00/night. Day-only visitors may enjoy resort amenities for $10.00/day.
Check-in is at 3:00 pm; check-out is at 9:00 am.
Weekly rentals run Friday to Friday.

Just returned from a week family vacation at Breezy Point and we are already wanting to go back! The cabins are super clean and cozy, probably one of the nicest, cleanest Resorts I've ever stayed in. The whole family is very nice and accomdating, they make you feel at home. The kids loved fishing off the dock and playing at the nice playground. We loved sitting around the nightly campfires and getting to know everybody at the resort. They have a very nice Beach area with every single water toy you can think of kayaks, canoes, and hydrobikes. I highly recommend Breezy Point for a family vacation or just a peaceful getaway! We stayed at Breezy Point for the first time and definitely plan to come back. Several friends recommended BP so we took their advice and so glad we did! The staff is incredibly friendly while also very professional. We stayed in cabin 7 and were very impressed - it is a beautiful cabin, very clean and up to date. We rented a boat and did a lot of fishing- Cyrus was very helpful and gave us some tips on where/when to fish what we were looking for. A+ for atmosphere! The cabins are comfortable and beautiful, done in an up-north theme. Felt like home and didn't want to leave. Everything you could want is here. Spent many hours at the nightly campfire conversing with the other guests staying at the resort-the time just flew! Close proximity to Itasca State Park, Tamarac National Wildlife Refuge, and Park Rapids. Alice, Cyrus, and Ezra-very accomodating, friendly, and easy to talk to.
