Walk into this two story cabin to a plate of chocolate chip cookies and a warm welcome. This 5 bedroom cabin has two bedrooms downstairs and 3 upstairs. Two bathrooms, one on each floor with a tub/shower combo. Ceiling fans are in three bedrooms & living room. Furnished kitchen and linens provided. Fireplace and air conditioning.
Relax by the fire after a fun filled day on the level beach with kids playing endlessly on the water toys or fishing off the dock. Lake Florida is a 674 acre, spring fed lake in Kandiyohi County. The lake is full of walleyes, northern, largemouth bass, sunnies and crappies. When it’s time to clean those fish we have a nice fish cleaning room. The resort has fishing boats and motors for rent. This cabin is part of Dickerson’s Resort. Comes with a TV room with satellite TV to watch the ball game. Enjoy organized events such as warm and fresh homemade donuts on Sundays with coffee and juice, Monday night Pizza Night, and Bob's hayrides with the kiddos around the resort. After their ride, join the whole resort for a large campfire and roasting marshmallows.
The fun continues at Dickerson’s Resort with the free use of kayaks, paddleboat, canoe, hydro bikes and rowboats. There are also bicycles, tricycles, wagons, swing set, and jungle gym. The Willmar Lakes Area has miles of trails including the scenic Glacial Lakes State Trail that runs from Willmar to Spicer and to New London, the trails at Sibley State Park. Enjoy many area activities such as houseboat cruise on Green Lake, mini golf and racing at the Big Kahuna Fun Park.

Bob came back to the resort and bought it from his parents in 1976. Bob is a 4th generation owner of the resort started by his grandfather in 1924. Connie joined Bob at the resort in 1981.
