This spacious 3 bedroom cottage with vaulted ceilings has plenty of room to roam within the cottage and the resort. The master bath has a shower and the second bath has a tub/shower. Read a book by the burning gas fireplace or enjoy coffee at the lakeside picnic table. The beginning of your stay is welcomed with a plate of warm cookies and friendly face. This family oriented fishing resort is a wonderful place to prop your legs up and relax by the stunning Lake Florida in Spicer.
This lakeside resort is full of fun filled activities and toys for all the kids to enjoy so parents can really enjoy their vacation. Kayaks, paddle boats, canoes, tubes, fun bugs, and a sail boat are all available to guests complimentary. Each Sunday morning wake up to warm and fresh homemade donuts, coffee and jioce. Mondays are pizza night, and each Thursday there is a fun hayride just for the children. When they return with Bob there is marshmallow roasting for everyone. Don’t forget the graham crackers and Hershey bars!
Lake Florida offers many water activities with boats, kayaks, tubes and fishing. We do have boats for rent if you need one. Enjoy the beachside lounge chairs while the kids enjoy the jungle gym, bicycles, swings, and much more. We have bikes on site for those that want to explore the Spicer and Willmar area with the many trails. Be sure to explore the Glacial Ridge Trail Scenic Byway. Those that love to golf, there are many area golf courses to check out. The beautiful area also offers many birding opportunities, Fall Color tours and hiking trails.
