Moonwatch #6 is private with easterly views down the lake. Stennes’ and Buhn’s Moose Lake Resort has 12 private lakeside cabins on 100 acres in the Chippewa National Forest. For over 35 years we’ve created memories for family vacations, reunions, weddings and corporate retreats (Paul Bunyan Conference Room). Cabin is available April 15 to Mid-October. New top of the line paddle boards, expanded beach, new swimming raft, new 9 hole disc golf course. Unique area attractions: The Bemidji Area and Chippewa National Forest. Pennington Bog Scientific nature area. Itasca State Park. Headwaters Science Center. Festivals and Pow-Wows. On-site 3-hole golfing, volleyball and rentals on boats - motors - pontoons.
In the land of 10,000 Lakes it’s hard not to find a good fishing hole. Moose Lake is well known for its variety of fish: walleye, northern pike, crappie, sunfish, bluegill, perch, and largemouth bass. Come early to experience the awakening of Spring. Come after Labor Day to celebrate the jewel-tones and crisp days of Fall. There are over a hundred miles of local biking trails for all levels of bicyclists. Paul Bunyan Trail, Movil Maze, C.V. Hobson Memorial Forest.

Check-in is 4pm on Saturdays and check-out is 9am the following Saturday. Our facility is smoke-free. A deposit of $600 per unit per week is required for reservation. Checks are preferred, but VISA or MasterCard will be accepted. In many cases we may be able to adjust cabin configurations to fit your requirements.
Additional persons: $45 per person per night.
No pets
Daily rate is 20% of weekly rate.
Boat rental: $25.00 per day/ $110 per week (1 boat included with each cabin rental)
Motor rental: $35 per day/ $165 per week plus gas.
