Welcome to Kec's Kove! When you book a stay at one of our 10 beautiful cabins, you're in for a treat. All of our vacation homes have comfy sleeping arrangements and full bathrooms, as well as Dish TV. They also all have relaxing sun decks to get out there and enjoy the sounds of nature. Some of the cabins even have fireplaces for those chilly Minnesota nights.
If you're hungry, swing by our bar and restaurant. We serve only the best seafood, steaks, sandwiches, and more! When you're nice and full, you can head to the lounge area, complete with spa, sauna, and recreation. You can gather a group and play a friendly game of pool, or watch a movie on the TV. Perfect for a cozy night in.
Of course, if you're staying on the lake, you probably want to fish. Don't worry: we have boat rentals! Lake Kabetogama is full of walleye, bass, and panfish for you to catch. Even if you're not a fan of fishing, a day on the water can be so relaxing. Come see for yourself!
Kec's Kove is open year-round, so feel free to make a reservation in the snowy months. In fact, you can snowmobile at our resort! Some even like to come to Lake Kabetogama for ice fishing. Even if you're not looking for thrills, you can enjoy your time at Kec's Kove cuddled up by the fireplace watching the snow fall. It's a beautiful time of year, and we would love to share it with you.

You could spend all of your time on the resort, but if you want to venture further, who could blame you? We are situated on beautiful Lake Kabetogama, which is part of the magnificent Voyageurs National Park. Voyageurs is well known for its hiking trails and natural beauty. If you are an experienced hiker, try your hand at the challenging Kab-Ash Trail, and make sure to keep an eye out for birds! Casual explorers will appreciate the Rainy Lake Recreation Trail. It's a short, paved hike that is great for meandering and maybe bringing a picnic lunch as well.
Once night falls, make sure to look up. Voyageurs National Park is also known for its stunningly clear skies, with views of all the constellations. On special nights, you might even catch a glimpse of the world-famous Aurora Borealis, so keep your eyes peeled!
